2. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

3. Refund Processing

Once cancellation is approved:

4. Non-Refundable Components

• Visa fees and processing charges
• Travel insurance premiums (once activated)

• Last-minute or flash sale bookings

5. Modifications to Bookings

If you need to modify your booking:

• Date changes may incur additional charges

• Downgrades may result in partial refunds

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.):

• Full credit for future travel may be offered

7. TourPackages91 Service Fee

Our platform service fee (if applicable):

• Fully refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking
• Non-refundable after 24 hours
• Waived if travel agency cancels the package

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding refunds:

1. First, contact the travel agency directly
2. If unresolved, escalate to TourPackages91 support
3. We will mediate between you and the agency
4. Final decisions rest with the travel agency per their policies
